Elizabeth Loudon grew up in Oxfordshire and earned a degree in English from Cambridge University before moving to the US in 1979. She began her fund-raising career in 1989 with the Clarke School for the Deaf and the Five College consortium in Massachusetts, and has led fundraising campaigns for the the Massachusetts SPCA and The Climate Group in London. She has provided consulting and writing services for numerous charities and Universities in the US and UK, was awarded CFRE status in 1999, and became a Fellow of the Royal Society for the encouragement of Arts (RSA) in 2009.
Prior to her career in fundraising, Elizabeth taught writing at Smith College and Williams College. She has a Master’s in Fine Arts degree in English from the University of Massachusetts and has published fiction and essays in literary journals. She leads Prospero Partners’ writing services.

A native New Yorker, Wilder Gutterson worked as a theatre director, corporate trainer, and marketing professional before joining Harvard University’s American Repertory Theatre as a fundraiser in 1990. Wilder has raised millions for charities in the US and the UK, including the Royal College of Paediatrics and Child Health, the Royal Society of Arts, Tufts University, and The Prince’s Drawing School in London.
Wilder earned a Bachelor’s in theatre studies from Kenyon College and a Master’s in theatre and directing from Northwestern University. He was Board Chairman of Theatre-Rites, a children’s theatre company, and a Trustee of the Royal College of Art Student Union, and is a Fellow of the Royal Society for the encouragement of Arts (RSA).
Wilder has a Master’s in Organisational Psychology from the Tavistock Clinic. While co-directing Prospero Partners, he coached and trained over 300 CEOs, Trustees, and senior charity executives from blue chip charities. Wilder now directs Workwise Consulting, helping teams in business, finance, and the NHS undergoing change and transition, and delivers seminars and workshops on topics including leadership, public speaking, change management, and interview skills.
